Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.
Content that you provide to the app remains your responsibility or the responsibility of the applicable rights holder.
7. Third-party services
Stikerz may rely on third-party services such as Google AdMob, TikTok-related conversion services, Instagram-related conversion services, WhatsApp, and native media processing libraries.
Those services are outside our control. They may change, fail, restrict access, or stop working at any time. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, pricing, or service interruptions.
Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. No guarantee of availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.
The app may not work on every device, operating system version, region, or third-party service configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and any affiliated parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the app.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of others.

14. Relationship with the Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the app. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy issues, the Privacy Policy controls for those issues.
15. Governing law and venue
Because Stikerz is a personal project, the governing law and venue, if required, will be determined by the applicable law for the developer's location, unless another rule is required by mandatory local law.
16. Contact
Stikerz is a personal project, not a company.
